Our rates haven't changed since we opened. $125 for two with possible two-night minimum on holiday weekends.

Our largest room, with a daybed and trundle as well as a king. Amenities include ceiling fan, fridge, window air-conditioner, use of the balcony overlooking Sumner Avenue. $150 for two people, one night. Rate higher or lower depending on number of people in the room and number of nights and number of rooms reserved for that night. Possible two-night minimum on holiday weekends. Shared bath on hall, with other rooms, if occupied. Special rates for weekly stays and slow season.

Our backyard has been nicknamed "Woodhenge" for the giant trunk rounds encircling our barbecue picnic area....Flowers, herbs and veggies at side of the house.
