Please have your Groupon coupon with you when you call us to reserve your dates, so we can complete the arrangements for you. We will also need your complete address, phone, and credit card information for authorization for the half-price cancellation fee, should you not be able to come and do not cancel more than a week in advance of your arrival date.

This is because we will have turned away other custormers, including other Groupon customers,  for the dates you selected, and because, before you come, we provision, clean, furnish, staff, light and cool the house...Not to mention picking fresh flowers for your bedside!

Please remember your coupon is for two in a room; if you plan to bring more people, please be prepared on arrival to pay $25 per person additional per night up to 4 in a room.
