Our reservation, cancellation and late-leave policy:

YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO CALL AT THE LAST MINUTE!

but...

We encourage you to call as soon as you have your dates.

Your payment in advance for your entire visit will hold your reservation.

You can pay by Paypal (click on Paypal logo on our home page)

or...

Send a check made out to Diana Henry

Your check will be deposited a week in advance.

YOUR CHARGE/ CHECK IS NON-REFUNDABLE

WITHIN A WEEK OF ANY DATE OF YOUR STAY.

SO IS ANY NIGHT YOU CANCEL.

For example, if you sent payment for a Monday to Friday stay,

you would have to cancel by the previous Monday for a refund of your entire stay...by the previous Friday for a cancellation of Friday's fee, etc.

Why? Because we don't want to turn away other guests

and lose both the income for your stay and theirs!

Just call as soon as you know your plans have changed, at least a week before your arrival

for a full refund for payments by check. A $25 processing fee is charged for Paypal refunds.

For our Kosher guests:

We try to be flexible, but

IF ANOTHER GUEST HAS RESERVED YOUR ROOM FOR SATURDAY NIGHT, WE ASK THAT YOU STORE YOUR BAGS IN OUR CLOSET IN THE MORNING AND ALLOW US TO PREPARE THE ROOM FOR OUR NEXT VISITORS!

Alternately, you may wish to reserve the room for two nights. We would be happy for you to stay on with us.
