Our King bedroom, with balcony: 

Our largest room, with a daybed and trundle as well as a king. Amenities include ceiling fan, fridge, window air-conditioner, use of the balcony overlooking Sumner Avenue.

$150 for two people, one night. Rate higher or lower depending on number of people in the room and number of nights and number of rooms reserved for that night.

Everyone wants to see the bathroom! Double sinks, separate potty, separate room on right for bathtub and step-in shower behind the door....

Don't forget, we have a half-bath downstairs off the dining room as well.

Enjoy the barbecue picnic area, for a get-together with your friends and relatives .... Relax with a book amid flowers, herbs and veggies at side of the house.
