Our rates haven't changed since we opened. $125 for two with possible two-night minimum on holiday weekends. Shared bath on hall, with other rooms, if occupied.

Our King bedroom, with balcony: 

Our largest room, with a daybed and trundle as well as a king. Amenities include ceiling fan, fridge, window air-conditioner, use of the balcony overlooking Sumner Avenue.

This room now has a large state-of-the art flat-screen TV with DVD player!

$150 for two people, one night. Rate higher or lower depending on number of people in the room and number of nights and number of rooms reserved for that night.
